Work to Do You make a big deal about cleanliness but the rooms ard not maintained. There was a lot of mold around the bath tub and several of the drawers and cabinet doors were broken. Also the refrigerator door inconveniently opened from the wall out. You picture your customers as professionals in the elevator ads but none of your customers are professionals. They're mostly poor minorities or poor seniors. Your hotel chain is an anachronism. .
