I'm happy with the price. There is water damage in the unit. Cracks and corners have dirt in them. They all do. If I paid more I'd be disappointed.

Room was nice, decent size. Room upstairs like clockwork on the hour while trying to sleep was thumping around and waking me up needless to say didnt need that in the middle of the night, room at end of hall had music blaring till 11pm

My family and I stayed here for one night. Just a few comments. The towels were clean, but did have some stains. The shower was difficult to turn on and off. The bed was too noisy for my liking, my spouse slept just fine. The rooms need updated as far as curtains and couch bed. The couch had visible stains on it. The kitchen was basic but nice.
