I appreciate the affordability and good service. I stayed here a few times while transitioning back to Illinois from Virginia. It took me longer than expected and had to come back a few times. The Elk Grove Village Location on Devon has been an affordable Godsend!

No Happy When I checked in at Extended Stay, my room was not correct. I was given a room with one bed, when I requested two beds. I got upset with the desk staff, and thought it was their fault, but it was as Hotel.com, through Expedia that was at fault. I apologize and said I was wrong.
