I loved the room but there were a lot of issues such as broken toilet and toilet paper holder..... AC didn’t work.....but I still enjoyed my stay. Just needs a few updates and fixes.

Front desk assistant was rude and very obnoxious. My bed was nasty called front desk lady said come back down and she qas Going to change my room. Come rite back down and she said she can't change my room , So i asked for a refund to refuse to give me my money back then she called someone . She then changed my room to a dog next door that barked all night now it 1am and i told her i cant do this at all i have to be at work at 4am im sorry i cant do this so please confirm my refund she wouldn't do it i told her im checking ou... read more

I found multiple roaches and bugs in my room and the fridge was dirty.. I did get a late room which is no excuse for that but literally slept with no cover and bags on the bed with me because I was scared to get bugs in my things

Room had smell, bed moved a lot . You get a bang for your buck . Room was clean .
