There were roaches in my room, the people on the floor were very loud and the check in process was lackluster and when I went to the desk to tell them about the roaches there was no one there .

There were cockroaches bedbug and mice I left the same minute I checked in bothe rooms were horrible the replacement rooms were even worse I would upload videos it I have that option

Trash hotel I already said how rhis hotel this hotel was trash and kept my deposit also entered the room while me n my husband was sleeping also came in again i hate that place overall no professionalism at all
Weed smell
I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. Firstly, the room had a strong unpleasant odor. I contacted the front desk to request a room freshener, but was told they didn’t have any available. Additionally, the room had no lighting, and when I raised the issue, I was informed that maintenance was unavailable at the time.
