Not the hotel, it was Hotels.com The problem was not with the Hotel because I never got a chance to stay. The problem was with Hotels.com who made the reservation for me over the phone, took my money even though the representative was still on the phone as I tried to check in at the front desk and the manager told me there were no rooms available! So after hearing this, I was STILL charged! This happened with 2 reservations at 2 different hotels that same night! I will NEVER use a 3rd party to make my reservations again! Fro... read more

The AC is very noisy. Mattress plastic cover and only one sheet on top. Feel like sleep on the plastic bed.

There was literally bed bugs

We attempted to check in and learned they didn’t have the room we’d booked. They told us they “upgraded” us to 2 double beds. We had booked a king size! That’s not an upgrade.

The photos were not what the room looked like. The tv was over the pull out bed, which was in front of the king bed which was difficult to watch TV for the person sleeping on the pull out. The king bed was on a metal frame and squeaked the moment it was touched, which made it nearly impossible to sleep because it made loud noises any movement that was made. The bathroom floor was wet when we arrived, and we found a roach in there as well.

Not happy The bed was too firm and not a lot of cable channels to choose from. Was not happy with the first 2 hrs of noise and pounding above my head from the guest staying above me on the 3rd floor. I had to complain twice and the person still continued making noise.

Fairly run down and in need of renovation. Cabinets did not close. Apparent cigarette burns in furniture Floors "sticky". Didn't have a UV light but I wouldn't have been surprised. Operator phone went unanswered/family unable to contact us. Not a pleasant ending to a long trip. Significant other cried herself to sleep after we ruled out leaving and searching for alternate accommodations at 10 PM. The TV sensor had something cake on it. The bed was squeaky. Not enough pillows. The parking lot light shined into our room.

This was a very disappointing stay. I did not feel like the room was sanitary. The kitchen floor was sticky. In the middle of the night when I visited the bathroom, a couple baby roaches scattered when the light turned came on. Ick! Also, the beds were very noisy as they had plastic mattress protectors instead of more cloth-like material. Every movement made a swishy sound. I expected better.
