Fairly run down and in need of renovation. Cabinets did not close. Apparent cigarette burns in furniture Floors "sticky". Didn't have a UV light but I wouldn't have been surprised. Operator phone went unanswered/family unable to contact us. Not a pleasant ending to a long trip. Significant other cried herself to sleep after we ruled out leaving and searching for alternate accommodations at 10 PM. The TV sensor had something cake on it. The bed was squeaky. Not enough pillows. The parking lot light shined into our room.

This was a very disappointing stay. I did not feel like the room was sanitary. The kitchen floor was sticky. In the middle of the night when I visited the bathroom, a couple baby roaches scattered when the light turned came on. Ick! Also, the beds were very noisy as they had plastic mattress protectors instead of more cloth-like material. Every movement made a swishy sound. I expected better. Not suitable unpleasant My stay was not pleasant.The room had a really bad odor. There were no utensils plates(things needed for the room). There was marks on the floor and on the walls. The television station was analog, not digital. Didn’t have access to regular TV or normal TV channels or cable TV. The attendant was very scarce not around. Bad service. The TV remote didn't work. I took it to reception, they replaced it, and it still didn't work. The TV was in a frame that was hanging on the wall and was full of mold.

Things weren't taken care of. Bathroom door didn't close properly. Bathroom tub dingy and need to be rechalked. Washcloths poor quality and found ahair in what was suppose to be clean. No dish soap. Breakfast the muffin i had the blueberries in it weren't fresh very old and hard could not finish.

Worst stay, it’s not family friendly. Entire place smells like weed.
