No available rooms with reservation I did not even get to stay here because they overbooked this hotel. I had 2 young children with me as well as my boyfriend so I had booked a room with two beds. When I get there I was told they could not give me the room I had but could give us two separate rooms with single beds in there. I told her that would not work with my kids. Please do not stay at this property...it is lacking in cleanliness, professionalism, amenities, quality, and so much more! First, the room smelled like dirty feet, the furniture was well worn to the point of replacement, and is was visibly dirty. The next room they put me in was acceptable but the next morning I discovered stains on the sheets and a couple of dead bugs which didn't come from me. The entire facility felt as though it had a layer filth. First and last stay for me. I'll gladly spend more to stay elsewhere.

Place sucks. The bedding is cheap. Only benefit is that you can park your car for free.

No one in the front ever and had fire alarms n had to evacuate room. Horrible n the rooms smelled.

The first room we were given was super dirty, garbage, food waste everything was there.when we complained then they gave us a different room but too small. Booking said breakfast included however there was only coffee and nothing else. On top of that, fire alarm rang at 1 in the morning since some staff placed paper in microwave. Overall horrible experience. We needed a room for one night only, so thanks god we didn’t have to stay long. Never again with Extended stay America.

They expect you to come down to let them know they have to come clean the room, when they know you paid for at least 3days in their hotel.

Breakfast is grab and go. Room was musty and the sheets smelled like vomit.
