The room was dated and a bit worn, very utilitarian...but I expected that for a room at this rate in this location. The bed was firm. The coffee in the morning was fresh. I am usually an easy going guy. Try to roll with the challenges life throws at me and give everyone a second chance. That being said...this hotel is the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. 7/17 I booked my stay on Hotel.com which stated rooms were still available, and paid for my one night stay. Upon arrival, the person at the desk stated he saw my reservation, but the hotel was booked up, no vacancies.
