Would not stay here again Location convenient to facilities and freeway Staff friendly Water in shower did not heat up even after running 20 minutes "Breakfast" is 2 varieties of packaged muffin (small) and two varieties of off-brand cereal bar

Room decor = 1970’s. Bare bones in every sense. False advertising to say “breakfast included” when that means only a raunchy packaged muffin or granola bar (before they run out). DESTROYED my perception of the ESA brand, which used to be quite positive.

I checked in on Friday night. The first room had food in the fridge, soiled stained sheets. I went down to the front desk, was given keys to a second room. This room smelled like mildew, mold? The door handle came off of the bathroom door. The toilet also backed up, eventually went down after several hours. I think the smell in the room is from plumbing issues... Cheap price. You get what you pay for. I had to spend one night in this area, and this was a well-priced hotel. At first they made an error in my reservation. I reserved two rooms, but they only had me for one room. Luckily they did have another room available, but insisted that I pay the current rate for the second room which was higher than my original reservation. OK, no big deal as it was another $20. The most annoying part was the principle of that matter that their error caused me to pay more than I had agreed to pay. ... read more

No sense of common courtesy, lack of hospitality Security guard/staff had no sense of urgency or any consideration for my friend who was a guest in the room we stayed. She was intoxicated and was giving my name and room number and the security guard said that there was nobody in there and that we never checked in, he cussed her out and called her out by her skin color (black). This is the second time happening when we get a room and the heater is not working. I called the front desk and we did get a room in which the heater was working.
