Poor staff interaction. Staffs were not helpful at all. Staff has no knowledge of surrounding dinning facilities or room delivery. No coffee in room. No ice bucket or dispensing ice machine.Will never stay in Extended stay. Promised for breakfast but no such thing except mini muffin packed or small granula bar.

Dirty, dingy, rundown, yuck! We had to switch rooms because the first room was gross. The 2nd room was better, but we just could not make it past 2 nights and switched hotels. The entire hotel needs a clean-up and remodeling. Would never stay in one of these Extended Stay again.

Not up to par. Bed sheets were damp. No cups or glasses in room. No room key, machine broken still trying to fix in morning. No coffee maker in room.

Dude at the front desk very rude and didn’t care about your needs

Has seen better days! old and dirty, needs to be updated and cleaned. carpets are dirty, common areas as well, entire place needs to be updated. breakfast is awful.

High rent district made a $49 hotel cost a hundred I have issues with paying high for a super trimmed down (no ice or Kleenex) place

The room was very basic. The "FREE breakfast" was granola bars and packaged muffins so very disappointing. Also people were smoking in the hotel so it was very disappointing.

bed mattress too firm, beard stubble in bathroom sink
