Terrible When I arrived around 8 pm, no one was at reception. There was a note to dial zero on the guest phone. I dialed it and the phone at reception rung. Stupid, no one was there. There were boxes piled up in reception, looked like a warehouse. Finally got my room. They had the AC set on 60 degrees F so was very cold. There were no hangers. I had the worst spot for my room, next to elevator and exit door. People going in and out all day, Early morning. I just couldn’t sleep. The front desk staff was not helpful, after arguing with her for 20 minutes to either change my room or refund my money, she finally switch me to another room. I had to ask her for every options I can think of instead the staff trying to accommodate me.

Dirty room, short shower curtain which left lots of water on the floor, dogs barking, food left in sink etc

This place is garbage !! Stayed here for two days most horrible customer service ever .. you have to bring old towel to front desk in order to get a new one and you have to request for room clean !! Receptionist are rude and will argue with you for small reason.. they only give coffe and muffin to go for breakfast ... don’t recommend this hotel at all !

Wish I’d never found this place Staff didn’t know my room was prepaid. Staff very rarely was anywhere to be found. Never asked if I wanted my room to be cleaned. Generally a very bad experience. Will never return there!!!
