The hotel is poorly maintained with zero service and rooms only get cleaned once a week.

Disappointing Worst experience .. will not book again

This should not be rated as a 3* hotel. The room smelled like mould under carpets. Although it was described as non-smoking I could smell cigarette smoke. There was no utensils in the room. Even basic such as a water glass. The lift was not Working.
Wi Fi did not work and no discount was offered. I specificaly chose this hotel on Expedia because of working wifi. I actually called earlier to find out if they had rooms. She did not tell me about no wifi!!! Bathroom wasn't clearn!!
Bathroom was not clean, the service was awful. It doesn’t take much to clean the bathroom before the next person checks in . The sink would get clogged. There wasn’t any hot water to shower in. And as I was trying to shower and a ball of hairs came out of the tub.

Bad rooms and poor breakfast. It was misleading which said breakfast for 4! It was granola bars!
