Location was good Didn’t get adjoining rooms. Had three rooms instead of two that I booked because Expedia overbooked. Beds uncomfortable pillows sucked no ice machine had to go to desk for towels and dishes. Needs upgraded

When we entered the room, ants were crawling on the kitchen floor. Heater was so loud, kept as awake all night

Cold and disappointed... The water was very, very cold and failed to warm up despite letting the water run for several minutes (not environmentally-friendly). This was true of the tub/shower water as well as both sink faucets. After contacting the front desk, we were given a key to a different room to shower. We had to return to the front desk TWICE because the new key did not work/was not activated correctly. Finally, we were given a key to a THIRD room to shower. Bad communication I have stayed at this hotel several times ... and generally am very easy to please but this last visit I woke up at about 1030 the water turned off right in the middle of me taking a shower . I called the front desk and they told me that the had told all the guests upon checking in that the water was going to be off at 1030 for about 6 hrs . Probably won't stay again... We stayed on 12/25/17...a very cold day in the Chicago area...the room was freezing and we quickly determined why....the windows were not closed all the way. very dated, bare necessity hotel. the continental breakfast was granola bars and coffee....

Bad choice. Price was right but the place was dark and dingy. The room was old and tired and no maid service. The bar of soap barley lasted 1 day. We left after 2 days of a 3 day stay. Never again!

find another place lazy housekeepers, didn't bother cleaning off the mirror from previous occupant,had all kinds of splash marks on mirror, even splashes of toothpaste. On a cold night I arrived with the two windows wide open, freezing cold and the heater/air conditioner had horrible temperature control. on top of all this they placed the smoke detector right on top of the bed and it had a flashing light all night. i barely got three hours of sleep
