The bed in my room was in horrible shape, there was a dent in the bed which caused my wife's back to hurt. The door to the bathroom the handle was broken. The fridge was not working properly and had dents and rust all over.Complained to front desk but was no room to transfer to, also manager promised a credit for the issues.

Room was dirty. Hallway looked like it hadn’t been swept in a month. The room had left over candy on the tv stand. The fridge was gross. The carpet felt sticky. Was very disappointed

Booked a king suite a week in advance get there and was told it was not available. Had to take a queen suite and was not offered any discount. Hotel has a pretty bad smell especially the room I was given.
