Beds were small. Bath tub didn't drain well. Room was spacious.

Visiting Cincinnati This was my first stay with this chain. I was impressed with the layout of the room. This would be a great hotel for a longer stay as the rooms are spacious. The room was equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 burner stove, and kitchen sink with disposal. Available on request: dishes/utensils, toaster, coffee maker, and more. There was also the standard TV and air conditioner. The bathroom was adequate, nothing extraordinary but served it's purpose.

Basic but clean. On the go breakfast only with "upon request" cookware for the rooms 2 burners. All in all it's a pretty nice place. Wi-Fi is just ok

The staff was very friendly, but you can tell that the place was built 20 or 30 years ago. The carpet in the hallways is older and there are scuff marks on the doors and walls. The baseboards were missing in some places. There is a bit of dirt in the bathtubs that can't be scrubbed off due to what the tubs are made out of (fiberglass and not porcelain?), so we didn't use them. The appliances are older. It is in a decent part of town.

It is not a brand new facility, so that shows. The appliances are older and our fridge was loud all night long. My bed was lumpy. All of the fold out couches in this facility are twin-sized, not full-sized like the website says. The breakfast they serve is not much of anything at all - packaged muffins and granola bars - that's it! They were out of coffee on our second trip down to the lobby.

Staff was very laxadaisy. Called down to front desk at 6am...Housekeeping answered to advise that front desk staff does not come in til 7am...but, housekeeping was able to help me. Seriously, that is not good. Breakfast consisted of coffee and granola bar options...that is not even a Continental Breakfast offering.
