This property is really shabby looking. My room reeked of cigarette smoke( for a non-smoking room) and the window was open to allow the room to air out. The screen was bent and broken. The bed was a metal frame, like a cot, attached to the wall with a mattress thrown on top-no box springs. I turned around and went right back downstairs to request a refund. Run away!! There were flies all over the room noth alive and dead. Very crerpy. Dirty.

No pool even tho it’s advertised Air conditioning broken No dishes No breakfast and they refused to make coffee Toilet seat broke Staff was rude and gave attitudes

I requested two twin beds, that wasn’t honored. The hotel is horribly dirty. The bedding looked clean and the towels, but the wall, and carpets are filthy. The description needs to say continental, as that is what it is.. if even that.

Front desk friendly. Hotel smelled bad. Floor in room sticky. Toilet clogged. Booked online last minute to visit family in hospital. Would not recommend.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room looked clean upon initial entry, but all of our socks and feet turned black, which suggests to me the floor wasn't cleaned well at all. The faucet in the shower kept dripping, and everything in the room seemed old and falling apart.

Our stay was a complete nightmare. Check-in took over two hours, and even though we’re foreigners, the guy at the front desk kept insisting we show American documents, which made no sense. The bathrooms were absolutely filthy, and when we asked for cleaning, they barely did anything—the room still felt dirty. Breakfast was a joke: just coffee and a couple of muffins.
