HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT I requested that my toilet be cleaned because it was very dirty when I checked in. I was told that it would be done. I made this request at 11am, left to get lunch. Returned around 1pm. And still my toilet was dirty. I returned to the front desk where I was told it would be cleaned soon and that they apologized for the inconvenience. After 3 pm, I was fed up. This property was overbooked so they sent us to the nearby Extended Stay America on Kenwood Road. That property was not good. The room smelled like smoke (although the property is non-smoking), there was not breakfast, and overall the property was not well kept. None of this is the fault of the original property, but I will not be staying at Extended Stay America any time in the near future.

The stay here was horrible, from the rude attitudes of the staff, shortage of towels and to top it off we had to fill the toilet with water so that it would flush!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Staff was unfriendly....brought my towels down to exchange for clean ones I was then instructed as to which washer to put them in and where to find my new ones (unfolded in a pile on the table) dirty q-tip between bed and table, sticky floors, and wasted $4 in washer and dryer only to come home with a sack of wet clothes. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough!!!

After checking in, I went to my room. Upon entering my room, I noticed there was garbage everywhere, dirty towels by the door and on the bathroom floor. The beds wasn't made. I went to the front desk. I asked for a different room, and the receptionist tried to put me in a room with two beds for 7people.
