No TV for 2 and a half days, No toilet paper in the bathroom at all!

Awful stay away Horrible no internet, no tv service, no extra pillows or blankets, and don’t wait on the elevator it’s pointless and takes forever. Front desk workers had to wait 15 for someone to show up to check in and not friendly
The place is pretty run down and the rooms and carpet had a strong cigarette odor. When we initially checked in the receptionist sent me to a room that was not even cleaned/prepared so I had to go and wait to get sent somewhere else. We found also roaches in our bathroom and one crawled on the desk where our belongings were. When I initially reported the roach the same evening I checked in, they said they could not move me. Just don’t Absolutely terrible. Had a roach, no AC whatsoever. Never offered to fix our lack of AC or offer any type of compensation. Won’t stay here again.
Super uncomfortable beds, not enough blankets, bathroom door didn’t lock, noisy guests all hours of the night, chipped paint, and sticky elevators.
DO NOT STAY HERE Canceled room without contacting me; found out upon arrival; rude at front desk; overall horrible experience
The front desk staff was nice, but slow. The room and bathroom was dirty. They charge you a 30 incidental fee, but I can’t figure out why. There were no dishes, utensils, just hen pots/pns, towels etc. We were there only for the night, but there is no way staying longer would have worked…. How can they call it an extended stay?? Also, there were only prepackaged honeybuns and apples for the breakfast. Terrible selection, there was no milk, Oj or other continental breakfast options.
