Terrible experience!! Smelled so bad I literally had to hold my breath near elevator. No room service, beds were TERRIBLLY UNCOMFORTABLE! Light/fan was so loud and bad had to take shower with door open and use kitchen light. Toilet wouldn’t flush at all 2nd night. Floors were discusting!! I wore house shoes and the are now stained black bc the floors were so bad! Breakfast was only a honeybun or fruit bar!!
I was not impressed with a room with roaches, not in a very good neighborhood.

The breakfast is your choice of a dry bag of oatmeal or a vending machine bun. Facilities are limited. One outdoor table to share….rooms don’t get cleaned during stay….carpet is sticky and the peephole in our room was literally missing and you could see in my room.

We came to enjoy the reds game and kings island. The elevator was broke so we had to walk up 4 floors of stairs. The room had a refrigerator and 2 irons but when we tried to cook the fire alarm kept going off. There was a weird smell in the hallway. Also the water in the tub wouldn’t go down. It was a hard time bathing 2 kids and 2 adults having to wait for the shower water to go down.

I booked a king size bed and was told it was but when we got to the room it was a queen
Wasn't a good environment, we're leaving a guy. I was complaining about butt buds and shiwed everybody his bites.There was bed bugs and the room smells horrible!!
