Property was strong smell of smoke. Pictures on website are not like the view in person

Won't stay again. Was i initially overcharged and put in the wrong room. They did take care of this when we brought it to their attention. Only had 2 pillows, took forever to find worker for more. Tried calling down to desk 2x no answer. When we were trying to check out we stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes yelling hello and no ine ever came so we just left the keys and left.

Okay Everything was fine except the WiFi is absolutely horrible. They advertise free WiFi, but it’s slow as dirt. So I paid for the upgraded WiFi and it still didn’t work, called the help service and was told ‘hm well you’re getting signals to your room’ absolute BS because neither my phone or laptop could connect. Again otherwise fine hotel, but if you need to get work done I would suggest finding another one.

Horrible Didn’t rest well Noisy dogs barking peoples slamming doors

I would recommend passing up this location! Food was left in the room, outside noise from traffic is insufferable, room air conditioning when "off" would still blow cold air, lobby smells like an ashtray, in room phone did not work, lamp light bulb burned out, free "breakfast" was dreck. But, the rooms were relatively clean and the staff was very, very helpful.

Booked two nights in a non-smoking room - the sign on the door confirmed as much. Still, the room stunk of cigarettes when we walked in. Immediately opened the windows and went out for the day - found cigarette burns on the sheets later that night when we went to bed. Room was uncomfortable. Three wafer thin pillows for two guests. Room wasn't serviced during our stay - no new sheets, no new towels, etc. for our second night/day. Lots of road noise as well. Smelled like pot was being smoked off and on all night. No cup or silverware in the advertised stocked kitchen.
