This otherwise lovely property is downgraded by a pervasive cigarette smell. We ordered non-smoking rooms. My sister had to change rooms because of the bad the cigarette smell. Her 2nd room and my room both had a less prominent cigarette smell. Everything we brought into the room smelled like smoke when we got home. To me, it smelled as if a heavy smoker cleaned the room. Awful The place we stayed at ended up being over booked so she couldn't find us a room. We ended up getting a "blocked off" room that smelled like an ash tray and the bathroom tub and sink drained super slowly. Very disappointing.

The price was very good for the weekend of a big concert. I have stayed in upscale places and been charged an arm and a leg but this place was just what I wanted. Good price, room was clean and place was quiet.
The front desk person was very nice. I didn't check in until around 10, so she was not at the desk when I got there. She apologized when she got there and gave me a big corner room. She called about a half hour later to make sure everything was ok with the room. Just very nice service.
