Eric at the front desk was exceptional! Great check-in experience and even called to follow-up to see how my room was and if there was anything else I may need. Convenient area though the property is set off in some trees, so no distracting highway noise. I had a nice view out my second floor window and they’re supposed to have coffee and gran-and-go items in the AM, so that’s a win as well.

Quite location close to Mercy Fairfield hospital. Easy access to food and gas stations.
It was OK, but the photos show a kitchen and it does have a kitchen area. However, there is no dish soap, cups, glasses, utensils or pots and pans which makes it pretty moot. You can't even heat water in the microwave, so I had to go to the Dollar General and get something to heat water in to make coffee.

This otherwise lovely property is downgraded by a pervasive cigarette smell. We ordered non-smoking rooms. My sister had to change rooms because of the bad the cigarette smell. Her 2nd room and my room both had a less prominent cigarette smell. Everything we brought into the room smelled like smoke when we got home. To me, it smelled as if a heavy smoker cleaned the room.
