Fairfield, OH not the nicest area The front desk person was new and extremely helpful. She provided the sheets and blankets for pull out bed promptly. Check in was lengthy due to a computer issue, but she was courteous and helpful. However, the pull out bed was dirty and the lock on door did not work. Ended up putting furniture in front of door to secure. I was so tired at this time due to the drive up that i did not want to change rooms. Our initial room smelled like cigarette smoke in spite of being designated non-smoking, but they were accommodating a room change. Nice facilities. Due to COVID-19, not much in the way of amenities, but that is to be expected. I would stay here again.
