My flight arrived early and I called to see if I could check-in 2 hours early (3:00 check-in time). The representative informed me there were no available rooms ready for early check-in. Not a big deal, so I informed that I would check-in late, after 7:00pm. The representative informed me that would be fine. Fairfield, OH not the nicest area The front desk person was new and extremely helpful. She provided the sheets and blankets for pull out bed promptly. Check in was lengthy due to a computer issue, but she was courteous and helpful. However, the pull out bed was dirty and the lock on door did not work. Ended up putting furniture in front of door to secure. I was so tired at this time due to the drive up that i did not want to change rooms.
