Facility was decent but not good enough to return The facility structure was in good shape and decent condition. Our issues were that we did not have actual sheets or supplies for our pull out couch, there was a top sheet and a cotton blanket which had a lot of women's hair stuck in it. I have so many concerns. From the environmental to the staff. I’ll simply say - if you can stay somewhere else, I have to imagine the other option is the better option. I’ve stayed at much nicer locations from this company, but this was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had in a hotel. I’m glad I was just there for a night and not a longer stay.

Vacation Service was great but there was a dip in the floor by the air conditioner unit and I tripped almost every time I tried getting in the bed on that side.

Not a 5 star hotel but it met my needs The decor is terribly dated and long past due needing updated but it was clean. The 2 staff members that I interacted with were polite and professional. There are no elevators so if you stay here, pack light.

Staff was friendly and room was clean. There were blood stains on the sheets and pillow cases and bed bugs in our room
