Room had carpet stains & stains on the walls. Bed was as hard as a rock and pillows were flat. It wasn’t comfortable at all. One of my worst hotel experiences ever.

The space was reasonable, amenities was good, and park was available.

Horrible Experience Lots of people hanging around outside the entrance to our room, smoking and just acting strangely. Hall way and stairs were not air conditioned and it was 95 degrees outside plus the halls smelled of weed. Our room smelled like an ashtray even though we had to sign a paper at the front desk that we wouldn’t smoke. The bathroom had black mold on the walls and we were constantly waiting for the front desk clerk with other issues. I recommend staying somewhere else. The room was not that clean. The renovation to the hotel were not done well and the place smells like an ash tray. The floors and walls are also paper thin and I was kept up all night by dogs running and barking in the room up over me. Customer service was okay and they tried to address the issue but most of the time there is no one at the front desk or when there is someone there they are watching TV in the lobby. Good for the price The room was a little dated. Cleanliness of the room wasn't bad but the old carpet needs to go. Bed was pretty good. Location and price were perfect.
The stay wasn't all that great an the rooms wasn't all that great either I'm sorry I figure they where not great since I saw it on line the rooms where great an when I got there it wasn't. I was very un happy

It's a very basic hotel - but NO elevator which was bad for our group. Hard to even believe that a property like this doesn't have one! It is also very expensive for what you get - about double what it should be.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We changed rooms because the first room had not been cleaned beforehand. Cigarette smoke permeated the building.
