Good place to stop in and sleep. It’s not a new hotel but it’s clean and everyone was friendly.

No elevators all steps. Had to change room to a pet room on first floor. The room didn’t look like it did that was shown on there web site. The breakfast was grab n go. The web site made it look like a regular breakfast. Was little disappointed of the whole room plus tv had no good station. Will I book it again probably not

The room smelled like cigarette smoke, as well as the hallway and the "common space".

Location was good for my purpose. I was rarely at the hotel but the bed was comfortable and I slept well. No noise in the hotel at night. Check in was quick, so was check out. I would stay here again.

The Staff is great, very limited breakfast. So I don’t know why they say breakfast because it’s muffins and coffee. This place is more for people who live in hotels.

Good Price, Excellent Staff, Amenities Not So Good This hotel chain is NOT elder- and/or disability-friendly. Access to all rooms requires walking either up or down stairs.....no elevators. Also, even though they bill themselves as "Extended Stay," and provide a full kitchen area, they DO NOT provide any kitchen pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, etc. Since my stay was only 3 nights, I managed OK, but if I really WERE staying for an extended period, this lack of amenities would have presented a serious problem.
