Should have read the review first... We were disappointed in our stay. When we arrived, the check in process was the best part of our stay. We were greeted by a friendly young lady at the desk. This was the end of the good part. We entered the hallway to our room (no elevator to be found) and were hit with a strong smell of stale smoke mixed with a smell of weed and stale animal. We booked through Expedia, and showed up to check in and were advised that there was no available rooms and we would need to request a refund. Following a long conversation the front desk clerk advised she had forgot there was a pet room available. We decided to take the room even though it was not what we had previously booked. The room was filthy and had a very strong pet urine smell. Completely unsatisfied. Much better hotel options available for this cheap cost point.

My flight arrived early and I called to see if I could check-in 2 hours early (3:00 check-in time). The representative informed me there were no available rooms ready for early check-in. Not a big deal, so I informed that I would check-in late, after 7:00pm. The representative informed me that would be fine. Prior to going to the hotel that evening, I called the location again (about 8:00) and let them know I would be arriving in the next hour. It was non-smoking room, but the room just smelled like smoke. Can hear people talking in the hallway which was very distracting.
