One night stay Check in clerk was pleasant and friendly. He helped me connect to Wi-Fi so I could use my GPS to get to my event that evening. Room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Only negative was how small the bathroom was. Clean and updated but small. Close to many restaurants and about 3 minutes from the Turfway Casino. Many dept stores in the area as well. Easy access to I-71 & I-75 interchange.
Floors were not clean . Elevator was dirty. Needs upgrade

I booked a double bed room, when I got there they had already gave my room to someone else. I have a family of 5, very inconsiderate about my situation. Didn’t offer any discounted rooms or anything, had to settle for 1 bed and my little girls slept on floor. Asked for a hide a bed and said they didn’t have those.

Only thing I didn’t like is they say they have breakfast but it was only packets of oatmeal . Was expecting little more like even maybe muffins or some variety of food to grab and go !

Fine place to stay for budget travel We just needed a room for one night as we were in town with our son to help move him into a local school for another year of studies. Clean, comfortable, safe neighborhood, and inexpensive - those were our priorities, and this Extended Stay hotel suited our purposes.
