Overbooked We never were able to check into our hotel. You overbooked our reservation. It was an awful experience we couldn't find a hotel anywhere. The person at the front desk was visibly annoyed. I have never had this experience before and was very disappointed.

Terrible customer service and awful hotel. Avoid at all costs

Hotel was overbooked so refused my check in. Turned away with no remediation. Expedia was horrible in regard to providing options and it took way too long on the phone to get to the point that they had few options for our stay. We ended up just rebooking ourselves at another hotel. Not happy.

I checked in in the office and paid with my credit card. When I went to the room, it was not cleaned,beds weren't made and another person's belongings were still.in the room. The front desk could not give me another room. They had another one which would bean upgrade but asked me to pay additional funds. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was the only employee there. She finally called the manager. He agreed to refund my money and I was able to get a room somewhere else. I still haven received my refund.
