Worst experience ever I couldn’t tell you how clean my room was, how nice the view was, or if I had a patio/balcony because my room had already been given to someone else by the time I arrived to check-in. I drove over 4 hours to get to this place just to be told that there are no more rooms available even though I reserved my room at least a week prior. I got there to check in at 330 and was refused due to no room available he had just given the last one I said i have a confirmation( we dont need to honor it) So took me an hour to find a room what was so frustrating my Husband has Huntingtons Disease and he was exhausted from the 8 hour drive

DISGUSTING HOTEL This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!! I discovered 2 BEDBUGS an I’m sure there’s more!!! The place is RUNDOWN a seems to have no help in service as the first room I was given when I opened the door it was FILTHY!!!

Paid for a king size bed and they guy my driver a queen. And first they said that he need to to wait till next day because it was already midnight. When I had already paid for it. I booked it for my driver. Hopefully I get some money back since they didn’t give me what I booked.

Not what I expected I'm pretty sure they're human trafficking out of this hotel. When I checked in there was a little kid behind the desk, and three men were wandering around. There was a guy with a knife who was wandering around behind the desk. They watched me walk back to my room. People were sitting in cars watching me walk into my room. It was creepy.
