I lost money at this hotel. I lived on the 3rd floor. I went out to the balcony. They fell into the room and smoked in the room. I didn’t know the other thing. I also deducted my bank card for $266.88. Too bad. Don’t go live.
Disappointing Upon checking in I discovered a huge cobweb in a corner by the window. The furniture was dated and worn. Dont believe the carpet had been cleaned for a long time.

Dirty, smelled sign at check in “ALL GUEST INFO AVAILABLE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AT ALL TIMES” Thats a first!
I like the young ladies on 1st shift the housekeeping manager and the front desk young lady Ms.Yolanda I think that was her name not sure. And what I didn't like I plead the fifth I have nothing nice to say.
Terrible and disgusting Bed bugs, hooker eyelashes, used condom. I thought I seen it all until I saw this raggedy place nasty and filthy and charged me for a blanket that they misplaced never will I ever stay at an extended stay America again they will deduct money off your credit card even if you did nothing wrong
Staff was very nice. However, there were some interesting stains in my room. On the lamp shade in my room there was weird splatter stains. Not sure what it was, but the joke was that it was blood. Bathroom tub didn’t drain when I took a shower. There were men outside in the parking lot tailgating (at 11 pm??) and when we walked by they were cat calling myself and my friends, not a safe experience at all. Never staying here again. The room was to small. The beds were as hard as rocks. The bathroom was so small. If you're even the slightest closterphobic, you'd have been in a panic. The front door leaked so much air that our room was cold even with the heater on. One of the kitchen / office chairs were broken. Bed sheets had a stain on them. See pics. Since all we did was sleep in the room, it wasn't the best stay because the beds were like rocks and the sheets were stained. We had a horrible stay.
