WoodSprings Guest. Every single WoodSpring I’ve stayed at has been 100% good. Love WoodSpring. But this one was an issue. Very dirty, and not professional.

My room was invested with roaches they were in the bed on the walls and all over the kitchen

Horrible rude staff. Room was dirty, and smelled horrible. Asked to be moved, but staff refused. They offered to spray room with fabreeze

The gentleman that checked me in was great, he was personable and went above and beyond what is to be expected of him. Now the room was clean but had cockroaches and bed bugs... I woke up with blood on my pillow and upon further inspection I saw numerous bed bugs on the bed. Cockroaches were on the walls and I had a covered danish which I planned to eat for breakfast but was greeted by a roach that beat me to my breakfast.

Took about 30 mins to check in. The guy at the front desk was extremely slow. Sometimes you should just spend a little more!! Lesson learned. The bed looks more like a full than a queen. Definitely the worst sleep I’ve even had well top 2 for sure! A knocking Noise came from the bathroom the entire night which made it difficult to sleep
