Poor service We booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and got 1 room with 2 queen beds and 1 room with 1 queen bed. No more rooms available. We had people sleeping on floor with pillows and blankets.

The place smells musty. As soon as you leave reception you can smell the stench. On the fourth floor, the corridor stinks of urine. I don't know if a baby peed in the hallway or if it was a guest. A few homeless people at the back door. The breakfast is a joke.

Once I checked in, they gave a room that was not even made. I had to go dowstairs to request a change. They assigned another bedroom, once i got there, the keys did not open it. I had to go dowstairs again and ask for help to get in the bedroom. That the lady went with me and opened the door

Christmas night disaster Never got to stay. We got there Christmas night around 8:30. When we went to check in the front desk woman said on there end was canceled because they over booked. ( I had my disabled son and my service dog with me.) They didn’t make any attempts to help us out. So we are scrambling a place to stay Christmas night. We did find a place but it was doubled what we were going to pay. They still haven’t made any attempts to make it right.
