My booked in advance room was giving away so i was out of the room person on duty was very rude instead of trying to assist me Nicole was on a personal phone call sitting at the front desk

Do Not Stay Here Do not stay here. Dirty & Rude. Booked a room with a kitchenette, but they didn't have enough utensils for every room that had kitchenettes. They did not clean the room, just made the bed.

1st room(235) had bed bugs! 2nd room, the bed didn't have a top sheet and desk chairs were filthy!

Property was not clean and sheets were dirty with what looked like urine stains.
