Room wasn’t clean. Used washcloth and soap in shower. Hair on pillows and bedding. Food on the floor.

The lobby smelled horrible, that should have been the first clue. Place is old and you can tell. Bed was sinking in the middle. Could hear the people above us walking and doors slamming. Like most people I tried to save a few dollars and wish I would have stayed somewhere else. It was dirty and I did not feel safe.

Better room service I paid over one hundred for service that wasn't great

Horrible experience. The entire premises smelled like marajuana — inside and out. The neighbors a cross the hall were loud and kept my husband up all night. When checking in and out the clerk were not helpful, they need customer service training.

Rooms look like it hasn’t been updated in years. My room was not clean too sheet had stains on it pillow and sheets had hair on it two lights didn’t work tv remote had food stains on it it was body hair in the sink the toilet was not clean bathroom fooor was not swept and the room stunk. I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Suites Cleveland Beachwood Orange, and I have to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. There were stains on the sheets and towels, and the bathroom was dirty. Moreover, the room was poorly maintained, with outdated furniture and appliances. The air conditioning unit was loud and didn't work well, leaving me sweating throughout the night. Wife’s room had fleas
