These reservations were during the week of the Eclipse and all reservations during that time period were had a No Cancelation Policy in effect and were nonrefundable. People kept opening are door the room had burn holes the staff is creepy I didn’t feel safe

Fully realizing this is an extended stay property it appeared there were people living there not staying there. Our room, 216, had something going on in it smell wise, like dead body carcass, so bad you could smell it in the hall. We had to ask for a different room and while it didn’t smell it was beat to hell with red stains on the carpet and one of the nastiest showers going.

Halls smell like smoke. Chipped paint on room walls. Some folks left bags of trash in the hallways and dirty work boots.

It just looked and smelled like a bunch of junkies were actually living there.

People screaming in the hallways late at night. Very loud and people keep asking for money.
