I recently stayed at Extended Stay America Suites Cleveland Beachwood Orange, and I have to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the room was not properly cleaned before my arrival. There were stains on the sheets and towels, and the bathroom was dirty. Go anywhere else This hotel was like a place that the homeless stayed. They need a place to stay also but the condition of this hotel was totally unacceptable. The hallway smelled like a mixture of urine and marijuana. The room was not clean. They supposedly refunded my money but it’s been a month and I still don’t have a credit on my account and it’s been over 30 days.
