Disgusting! Run....we left after 10 minutes. Stains and dirt on sheets and lights didnt work. Phone didnt work to call down to front. Dark and dingy. Scary! Requeat full refund

I often choose ESA because of the meeting space in the rooms and the availability of amenities like fitness and breakfast. The room was small and smelled, there is no gym and the morning offering is a grab bag with a granola bar. There are two other ESA's in the area both of which are what I expect of the chain, but this particular one is worn, threadbare and in need of a total make over.

My entire stay should be refunded. Room was very nasty staff rude and not concerned about guest safety nor comfort at they establishment.
