Furnace motor was extremely loud when it kicked on! Woke us up each time while trying to sleep after surgery at UH Richmond Heights

Room needs fixed and updated! The room had a stove with rust, no blow dryer or counter space in bathroom. Worst of all the heater in the room made a loud screeching noise 30 min after running and wouldn’t stop even with turning it on and off. So slept with no heat.

The key to my room didn’t work. The people at the front desk rekeyed it and it still didn’t work, so I had to switch rooms. There wasn't a coffee pot in the room and there was no chair at the little kitchen table. It was very outdated. I will not be staying here again.

I was put in a room that shouldn't have been allowed to have guests. #1 fire alarm was broke - when we reported it at check in - the knew it. #2 dead bolt wouldn't lock - the door was unsafe - a person could easily open it if knocked open. #3 1st floor windows were open had to close #4 room wasn't Covid sanitized - TV remote had something sticking like Food on it. #5 Floor was sticky - bathroom smelled like a moldy mop - #6 - Carpet was not vacuumed - still had stuff all over carpet - #7 - was made to wait 2 hours for this t... read more
