The hotel needs updated badly

My son and I didn’t feel safe and the conditions were not good. Left the hotel within minutes of checking in.

Dont waste your time or money DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel allows pets so the rooms smelled soooo bad!!! The carpet was filthy in the rooms and in the hallways. I had to switch rooms a couple times because the tub was dirty and it smelled like mildew. There was always a group of people standing outside smoking cigarettes. There was sooooo much noise coming from the room above me so i didn’t get much sleep. It wasn't peaceful at all and definitely not clean!

Room carpet stained dirty hallways have a distinct smell noisy breakfast bar both days out of coffee

Beware Shady Workers Someone accessed our room and actually opened our door in the middle of the night. We informed the hotel to let them know if the issue, they informed us they would investigate and refund us for the one night.

Unfortunately I had to leave property after renting a night on first floor. Stayed maybe two hours to find queen bed infested with bed bugs and sheddings of bugs. Went to staff who offered two different rooms. One was a smoking room which was harsh to a non smoker, and the other was on the 3rd floor that was marked as “Cleaned” by cleaning services but room was still in progress of being cleaned. Although Extended Stay is surely "get what you pay for," this was still disappointing. Staff was unsure if our room was clean when we checked in, ran up to the 2nd floor to check it, then sent us to a 3rd floor room. We had to inspect carefully to figure out the difference between "stained" and "unclean" surfaces. We weren't confident at all. Night 2 - we returned to find our keys did not work.
