Maid service for fresh towels should be every day. I put two adults on reservation and at front desk asked for enough wash clothes. Stayed there for two nights. One wash cloth for two adults. No maid service for fresh towels.

Great deal, surprisingly good room. Good value, the price for a nice room with kitchenette, nice bathroom, good room with two desks. Location is convenient for doing business or pleasure trip to the city without staying right downtown on way higher prices. I was happy with what I got and thrilled with the cost.

Convenient Location Close to the Cleveland Airport with fairly easy access to the Interstate 480. Not a standard hotel with daily room service, this is for people willing to do a little self maintenance. More like a short term apartment. Reasonable price for t a reasonable experience.

No Continental Breakfast The hotel being a budget hotel was as per expectations. The location was good and room was clean. Expedia listed Continental Breakfast in the description while all we got was 'Grab -n-Go' Breakfast consisting of 3 types of nutritional bars, pocket muffins and coffee. Later on checking with the hotel staff they confirmed that non of their properties have continental breakfast. They server only the so called 'Grab -n-Go' Breakfast. Hotel stay It was a last minute decision to stay. Beds were comfortable. Wish there would have been more of a breakfast,but we had to leave early anyway
