We were given a room that was open. The bed was not made and there was poop in the toilet. We asked for another room after the front desk girl claimed it had been cleaned and tried to argue about it. Also the one elevator felt like it was falling apart every time we had to use it. “Breakfast” was some granola bars and muffins.

We stayed at Extended Stay America Suites Cleveland Brooklyn, Ohio June 17th and 18th. We booked through Expedia itinerary: 72063178900156. Reservation number 4075289744. We arrived at the hotel and were greeted by a dimly lit entrance, people smoking pot, and many people milling around the property. Needless to say, my wife and I were a bit concerned. Room 323 was very dirty! Floor was dusty and sticky. Dust and dirt behind door. The lamps had fluffy dust on top of them. Hair on pillow inside and outside the pillow case. We asked the front desk person for another pillow and were told that they don’t have any clean pillows and offered only new pillow case. Door handles sticky and greasy. This was not a good trip for my family this go round. There was no hot water in the shower and the base boards were missing around the wall. Had to move rooms. I make reservations at this establishment often. Not pleased this time.

We had to wait for an hour to check-in and after we did, we got a very dirty and smelly room! After that we waited for additional 20 mins and got two separate rooms for one family!

The bed is like an army cot. Not comfy at all. Squeaks when you move. Pillows lumpy. I had to go to the front desk to get a remote for the tv. Then was handed a handful of remotes with the remark that one of them may work. Felt like the staff was very indifferent about my stay.

H I showed up for my reservation late in the day that I had booked two weeks prior. I was told by receptionist they had no room for me. No explanation. No apology. Just said they tried to call me and I didnt answer. As if that waa a valid reason to not honor my reservation. I did not hreceive a voicemail or email. And apparently no accountability or communication with hotels.com. Horrible customer service.

The refrigerator smelled like fish, it didnt keep our items cold. The sink in the bathroom was slow draining.
