Staff is rude , room was dirty

This was first time staying here . When I got to my room ,the room was dirty ,plus pillows had no pillowcase . Bathroom was filthy . The front desk staff have very bad attitudes. They need to be trained again .

Horrible service they can barely read my booking or spell my name then proceeded to get an attitude with me because I'm correcting him before he messes up my reservation yeah would never go again 0-10 would not recommend

Not good hotel . I'm very very upset and I will not stay at this hotel again I didn't get really no sleep because the people on top of us was being loud and was making noise all night like stomping and it started at 12:40 kept going on so I called front desk at 2:09 and told them and he said he will go up there but it kept happening and happening I don't like to complain but when u have to drive two hours with no sleep not good so when I got home I slept all day. I did not have high hopes for this property but I thought it’s only 1 night, we can get through it. Never again. Got there at 5. We were told our room was not ready and to come back in 40 minutes. We went to have dinner and came back at 6:20. Our room was still not ready. We had to change in my brothers room (his room was ready). We were in town for the Billy Joel concert. The room has a small kitchen so there are grease stains on a lot of the surfaces, including the door. Did not even go near the “breakfast” in the morning.... read more

They advertise coffee and snacks but they weren't consistent with the times as stated. Room could have been nicer.
