Not Cool! We were at a museum in downtown Cleveland when the hotel called us to tell us their hotel was full even though I prepaid for a room that evening! They offered no assistance in finding me other accommodations.

When is a reservation not a reservation? The hotel called me at 8 pm on the day of check in to say that they could not honor my reservation likening the issue to an airline overselling seats. As a result I had to find another hotel and then the hotel billed me for the stay.

Stains all over the bathroom counter and the sheets. Construction at the front entrance was inconvenient.

Nothing like the pictures Horrible service. Keys stopped working every day. Pictures used for this hotel was from a different hotel not this one.

The hotel was dirty from the front desk to the rooms. My room was dirty and had a bad smell too.
