Just “ok” but could have been much better The check-in process was fine, but the woman wasn’t friendly. The room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke, which I assume was why both of the windows were left open. There were burn marks in the bed skirt, cigarette ash in the drawer by the bed and left over trash in the desk drawer. Many surfaces were streaked from cleaning, but many others (like doors and walls) hadn’t been cleaned and were smudged with handprints and mystery substances. There was food left in the fridge from a previous guest. Staff was friendly and gave me plenty of dishes. Hotel is quite dated and in process of being renovated. Trim on countertop was peeling off. Like other Extended Stay I was at recently, limited vending options. Next time I will spend the extra $10-$20 per night to stay in better hotel.

No entiendo como hoteles así tienen tienen tna alto rate. Mi experience fue horrible, mal olor en el cuarto, dice que desayuno y solo tienen snacks bars, agua caliente y café. Demasiado ruido en las noche, nunca limpian tu cuarto, pedi un cambio de habitación y siempre era una excusa para hacerlo. En fin tuve que hacer checkout y mudarme a otro hotel y tampoco me rembolsaron el dinero de las noches restantes. No soy de hacer este tipo de comentarios pero busquen otra alternativa no esta. The entire hotel is filthy. I stayed on the second floor and they’re redoing the flooring. There’s dirt and dust everywhere outside my room. Inside the place is was not cleaned properly. Dust everywhere and much damage already to the room. I checked out one day earlier because I couldn’t take it anymore.

The front desk lady was not friendly. My TV didn’t work. She told me to get out if I didn’t like it.

We arrived around 5ish. The night clerk said she called me 30 minutes prior to tell us there were no rooms available. My family was in route so we didn't get the message. She cancelled my Expedia reservation and when I pointed out that there were 4 hotels within 5 minutes she magically came up with a room. We should have gone to another hotel.
