I checked in after hours after work. When i called the front desk to get in i called twice waited 20 mins just to get in the door. Got in my room finally immediately noticed dirty towels. Blood stain on the pillow. No ice machines, dirty fridge dirty floors. Was sceptical about using the blankets. So went back out to my car and got blankets i had.

My room was dirty. There was hair in my bed. I had thin blankets bed it wasn't comfortable.

To start with they wouldn't take a cash payment even with credit card to cover incidentals. This was a very low budget place and not worth the money. Breakfast was coffee, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Don't stay here! For another $10-$20 you could get much better.

I did not have a pleasant stay because at 2am, for seemingly no reason, the fire alarm went off for only about 30 seconds. Nobody was in the halls and nobody apologized for this event. It woke up my boyfriend and I and we had a long and busy day and had a lot of busy plans for the next day. Very disappointed.

The property is great but the reservation through Expedia was not done and they were full
Housekeeping never came in. Had to ask for silverware and hair dryer which never got delivered. Barking dogs for hours one night.

The reservation was made in my name, with my email, under my Expedia account, with my credit card. However, since my wife had to get the keys re-keyed since they were not working, they entered the keys under her name. So later on when I called to ask for assistance with the wifi and also to tell them my key was not working (my wife had taken a trip into town) they told me they could not give me any information because they were re-keyed under my wife's name.
