Sadly there's nothing good about this place. First off I booked a king & was given a queen. Went back to desk and was rudely told I'd have to wait until later to see what could be done. I had a function to attend so I didn't have time to argue. Upon returning I found I was locked out of my room. I waited 20 minutes at the desk for service. When the woman finally returned she said I was given the wrong room. However, she assigned my room to a guest that checked in after me. I was pretty much told tough sh*t! Save your money, it is a pit! First off when I checked the room there were hairs on the toilet. Someone went back in to clean the toilet properly. There were bad odors in various places so it did not feel clean. Then the frig took forever to get cold and was filled with condensation which the repair man kept apologizing for and cleaned it up. The a/c would not stay on unless I set it at 60 degrees and even then it kept shutting off. The bed had a huge crater in it so I woke up crippled. The tv only had a few channels, boring... read more

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The breakfast was a joke. They provide breakfast bars, and single packages of oatmeal. They have advertisements that state snack machines are located on first floor when in reality the only thing they have are drink machines. The shower curtain still had other people’s hair on it. I ended up going to Walmart to buy flip flops because I didn’t want to stand barefoot in their showers. When ever I went to the lobby to ask questions there was never a person there. I checked in after hours after work. When i called the front desk to get in i called twice waited 20 mins just to get in the door. Got in my room finally immediately noticed dirty towels. Blood stain on the pillow. No ice machines, dirty fridge dirty floors. Was sceptical about using the blankets. So went back out to my car and got blankets i had.

My room was dirty. There was hair in my bed. I had thin blankets bed it wasn't comfortable.

To start with they wouldn't take a cash payment even with credit card to cover incidentals. This was a very low budget place and not worth the money. Breakfast was coffee, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Don't stay here! For another $10-$20 you could get much better.

I did not have a pleasant stay because at 2am, for seemingly no reason, the fire alarm went off for only about 30 seconds. Nobody was in the halls and nobody apologized for this event. It woke up my boyfriend and I and we had a long and busy day and had a lot of busy plans for the next day. Very disappointed.
