Another poor experience Last time I will stay at an Extended Stay. A cheap hotel for the short visit business traveler. Absolutely NO amenities. Advertise breakfast, but that is only coffee and a cheap muffin. No coffee in room, no newspapers. May work if you are staying for weeks - but better hotels available for short stays.

Remind Me Never to Stay Here Again The quality of the room was not worth the cost. Our desire was to be a few minutes closer to our daily destination and so we chose the hotel because of location, primarily. They also offered free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Both critical to our decision. This establishment was filthy and needed major updating! The management team made ever effort to be helpful, and tried to compensate me by switching and upgrading my room after I reported the bed unmade and pillows (all bed linens) smelling of urine. The second room I placed in was not must better, the room was dusty and half of the outlets did not work. Horrible The hotel had a giant whole in the ceiling beside my room...insulation hanging out. No Ice maker in the entire hotel...so I had to walk to the restaurant next door for a cup of ice to go with my drink. The ac didn't work...found this out after I came back from my ever....the room was hot!! Do not recommend!

None of the outlets in the kitchen worked, no coffee pot in room. Had to go down to the front desk at midnight to get blankets for pull out sofa (attendant refused to bring them to our room), was told NO pillows. Could not find remote to TV. Later while on the floor, son found remote UNDER the recliner. Room was dirty. Night attendant was rude.

Close to Merriweather Post Pavilion The bed only had 2 small pillows. Blanket and sheet threadbare. Took forever to get water to get hot. Bathroom sink had tempature knob that turned alllllll the way around so it was hard to switch from water temps. The tub had very weak to minimal stream the faucet turned all the way around so water was everywhere. Tub did not drain shower water for hours. Shower curtain not long enough to contain water. One small washcloth I asked for another and was told they were in the wash. Never again... read more
