A éviter Nous arrivons à 23h avec 4 enfants. La dame de la réception est à peine polie. On semble la déranger pendant sa nuit. Elle affiche une mise blasée, pas une esquisse de sourire, mais beaucoup de soupirs. Nous rentrons dans la chambre, le lave-vaisselle est enfoncée dans sa partie basse. do not stay here We are currently staying here at room 220 at extended stay, columbia state park, columbia md. we had booked trough hotes.com and i paid almost 300 for 2 nights. first off, the staff is friendly but the rooms are atrocious. the exhaust in the bathroom does not work, the microwave does not work, there are what looks like tomato stains on the kitchen cabinet knobs. we complained about the mocrowave coz we have a baby and need to sterilize our bottles but they said there is no maintenance person on the weekends.... read more

Hotel nightmare ! I booked and paid in full for my stay at Extended Stay America. When I arrived late 1:30 AM tired and ready for bed. I was asked by the front desk lady if I called and cancelled my room and I said no. She told me there was a late check in fee of $60.00 I needed to pay. I told her that was crazy I never have paid a late check in fee. She then said she would reduce my fee to $109.00 per night and I told her I already paid for the room for $384.19 in full on Hotels.com and showed her the receipt.Then she asked... read more

Disappointed Unlikely I will stay at this hotel again. Found water on kitchen floor, microwave didn't work, dishwasher was secured with blue tape, Room windows were open which is a security issue. Found cigar wrapper and women bracelet inside pullout sofa. Shower did not drain. Pool closed even though website says it opened Memorial Day. Very limited staff. Wait lines at front desk.

Horrible Hotel Terrible experience for $125 a night. Everywhere smelled of smoke, floor dirty when I arrived, front desk service did not exist. When I asked about service for the room they told me to come down to the desk and get my own towels. They told me to make my own bed and if I wanted fresh sheets because I was staying there for a week I could come down and get those and make my own bed. Will not return The room needs major updating. There was a weird stale smell in the room. The tub and tiolet had stains on them. They did not make up the beds the next day. Disappointing!!!!
