Bathroom was not clean, even after asking for it to be cleaned. Roaches were also in the room.

I wouldnt let my dog stay here! And they didnt issue my refund after I was only there for a few hours to discover their dirty establishment!

There was not a means to indicate on the reservation that I was bringing pets, which likely is a deficiency on the Expedia side. Not having that function obscures the true cost of the stay. I understand that most facilities would have a pet fee, however I was surprised that the facility charged $26/pet/day - adding over $100 to the cost of my 2-night stay. From the moment we arrived dirty, bathroom wasnt working sheets were dirty and the pull out bed should not be allowed to be considered a place to sleep as it was maybe 3 inches and dirty alsp. I would NOT recommend this to anyone ever.

I booked 2 nights with them April 17 and 18 , I arrived to check in there was 5 to 6 police cars in the parking lot ,I went inside to check in the girl at the front desk was so unprofessional made me wait for ever making excuses that the system is down , and I can see that there is police officers and detectives every where , I didn’t know what’s going on and the front desk lady didn’t tell me anything , finally she gave the keys to my room on the 3rd floor room 314 , there was 6 to 7 police officers in the hallway next door... read more

This hotel stay was disappointing due to several issues. The pervasive smell of cigarette smoke was noticeable throughout the property, contrary to what I understood. My room had cleanliness issues, including a used sock found under the bed from a previous guest and some bugs present in the kitchen area. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the hallway, and the refrigerator in my room did not cool adequately.
