Definitely can tell that people live there, not just vacationing, no frills, but people are friendly.
Everything was fine. Just need More than one luggage cart.
LIked - was close to Merriweather Pavillion & had a kitchen, Disliked - Noise from children running all night on floor above. No view out the window. Looking directly into a roof.
Rooms are clean but the bathrooms need a little more attention

External door could open without key code, if yanked. Dirty trash outside, Regularly, by occupancy. Underage teen drinking on walkways. Loud neighbors. No utensils, coffee maker, or appliances. Smell in room.
