Great room just needs to be cleaned Beds were comfortable, location was good. The kitchen area was a bonus. Pizza delivery was quick. Room was dirty, all doors and knobs were sticky and looked as if someone sprayed soda on the wall.

Misleading online information This was a disappointment. There was no breakfast as advertised. The bathtub wouldn’t drain correctly and housekeeping services were an extra charge. Sad.

location I have a problem walking for any distance and so stated that to the clerk. I was given a room at the greatest distance to the lobby. I requested a room closer because of my condition. I was given a new room much closer. After I checked out and got home, I looked up my bill that I given for my stay. It was for another person that stayed in room 320. That alerted me to check out my charges and was unhappy to find out that I have been charged another $10.00 on top of my charges and the charge for my pet ($125.00) which... read more

Excellent location This is a nice place to stay. The location is safe and has easy access to the shopping centers, restaurants and major highways. My room was clean and the front desk staff was always ready to take care of me. Please consider this hotel if you are staying in the Columbia, SC area.

Had better stays elswhere Didn’t expect a superior hotel. But room was dirty and smelled like marijuana. Almost like they hadn’t been in it awhile. Also no kitchen items in it. When I asked the next day that it was missing all items they told me that has to be requested in advance. First extended stay I’ve been in that doesn’t have it in there. A coffee pot would have been nice considering their hot/cold breakfast was oatmeal packets and some pieces of fruit.
